Siri AI availability, without the guesswork

The consumer beta and third-party developer preview have different timelines.

The consumer beta

Apple’s November 2 support page describes Siri AI on iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27 Golden Gate, visionOS 27 and watchOS 27. Supported languages are English, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish. Device and Siri languages must match. The service is not available to users under 13.

Regional limits are platform-specific

Siri AI is currently unavailable in the EU on iOS, iPadOS and watchOS. Apple says macOS and visionOS are available with an EU Apple Account when language requirements are met. An Apple Account set to mainland China is currently ineligible. Do not interpret general Apple Intelligence availability as Siri AI availability.

What the November 3 announcement means

The new third-party App Intents preview starts with the 27.3 betas for iOS, iPadOS, macOS and visionOS. Apple describes customer shipping in a few months and App Store submissions opening in spring, without an exact date. Developer documentation restricts preview testing to development-signed apps and internal TestFlight. Existing Shortcuts integrations do not prove that an app has this new integration.
