Siri AI not showing up? Check these first
Work through eligibility, settings and rollout before changing your workflow.
If the beta option is missing
Check the exact device model and installed OS version, then compare them with Apple’s Siri AI support page. Confirm that Siri is enabled. Device and Siri languages must be the same supported language. Check Apple Account region, EU platform restrictions and the minimum age. A general Apple Intelligence switch does not confirm Siri AI access.
If setup or requests pause
Read the message shown on the device. Apple says a waitlist can apply during high demand and server-based features have daily limits that vary. Allow setup downloads to finish and verify your connection. Do not repeatedly change your account region or pay an unofficial service to bypass eligibility. Follow Apple’s current support guidance for persistent errors.
If a third-party action is missing
First identify whether you are trying an existing named shortcut or a new Siri AI app action. Run a shortcut manually and inspect its permissions and inputs. For the new third-party integration, the November 3 announcement is a developer preview, not confirmation of public support in every app. Check the developer’s documentation rather than reinstalling the app repeatedly.
